    Default An almost perfect New Year's Day!!!


    My daughter and I fished all day, and came home to hog jowl, turnip greens, black-eyed peas and cornbread!!! The only thing that could have made it any better would have been if we had caught some fish.

    Went down to River Heights today, chasin' the white bass and sauger. Caught one catfish on a sauger jig... that was it. Oh well, certainly beats workin'!!!
