    Default Hi-Tek rod holder question

How easy is the floor mount to take in and out? I normally just cast and shoot jigs but occasionally I do troll. I was just wanting a system that was easy to take on and off. Thanks, Dan

Are you wanting to remove the floor mount or the upright? The floor mount is held by 4 screws the upright is held by 1 bolt.

Hi-Tec is as clean a system as I've seen. Remove the holders and only a flush plate remains.

I just got mine in a couple of weeks ago but with work and the holidays I have not had time to mount them. I can't wait to try em out! I really like the fact you can take them off and you just have the flat plate on the floor and nothing to trip over.

I have 4 sets of 4 and I'm working on another pair for when I'm vertical jigging. If there's better, I haven't found em.

You might as well go ahead and buy them! I tried to hold back but gave in to temptation and bought them.....love em and wished I would have got them earlier!
