    Default Stockton 12/30/10

Fished out of cedar ridge with a couple friends from 10:00-1-30. We have some beds scattered about that were kinda of out of the wind, but still pretty bad. One of my buds lost his hat twice to gusts. Fished beds 25-32ft and found a good bite. Water temp was 38 and color did not matter. We were on one bed that was red hot for a while so we started changing colors and bait styles just to see what happend and everything was catching fish. We started with our standard glo chart tube. Fish were spotty as some beds had zero bite, but then you would find a hot one. We ended the day with 36 keepers and had a great time.

    Thanks

I have always ordered mine direct from midsouth jig. We use the midsouth super jig and they are 1 3/4. I use the glow chart almost all the time. CrappieProffesor told me that there is a new sporting goods store in springfield on Bennet street east of Glenstone by the Kraft factory that has the midsouth tubes and most all colors. I have caught a lot of fish on the BP clow chart with salt, but like midsouth better and you can put jig heads and tubes together without salt damage.

Man you guys earned those with that wind! The new store on Bennett is Sportsman Factory Outlet. They have a website but it doesn't have everything the store has. We were up there towards the first of December and seen Wally Marshall in there!

That's a good day WITHOUT the wind. Congrats.
