When I unplug this everything seems to work as usual. Does anybody know what it is? It is located underneath the console.

Hey, It's got a phone number on it, just call them and ask what it is! LOL!
Nope you all got it wrong........... its the timer for the livewell. I have 2 on mine one on the recirculation pump and 1 on the water fill pump. Should have 5 wires that connect to it.

TA, you let the cat out of the bag too soon. I had that on my livewell also and it went bad. I replaced it last season.

crappie, check under your console it will most likely be bundled up with a bunch of wire harnesses.
TA, My timer lasted for 13yrs. I think it is a good system, the only reason I didn't put that particular timer back in was I could not find that red plug in anywhere. I put a variable timer in. That set up you and I have/had was not. The variable timer works better for keeping the fish alive in my opinion.
If you managed to put the cat back in the bag, I would not be the one to let him back out.lol
