Good evening fellow crappie anglers.
In the past I have posted some negative comments about BnM Rods and their customer service due to an issue I had with them. After Don G pointed me in the right direction I had two very nice conversations with Mr. Jack Wells with BnM Rods. He is a man of his word and fully understands customer service. No wonder he has been and still is a very successful business man.
Thanks to Mr. Don for taking time to help me rectify the situation. Let's go catch some SLABS.

Jack Wells & BnM have always given me great customer service. I fieldtested for them, when they first brought out the Duckworth FnF rod. The prototype rod was damaged in transit ... nothing major, just a ceramic ring popped out of one of the guides ... and Jack sent me a whole replacement rod.

I just got my first B&M rod today. it is a 12ft Cadillac. Looks to be a nice rod,even though it is made in china. I do have one question, does anyone have any pics of the best way to string this rod?
