    Default Ramps on Smithville

All the ramps on main lake are open, most coves with ice cover in backs of coves.
May all your live wells be full.

Thanks for the report. Was wondering if a guy could put a boat in or not. Thanks Jim C.

I fished up river by putting in at the "ramp" off of J Hwy....duck hunters had the ice broken away but it was still a bear putting in and getting out. Kinda freaky, being the first time for me boating through ice. But it sure was nice not having to even measure any!:D:D

Checked the river by my house, ain't no breaking that ice with a boat, looked 3-5 inches thick near the edge.
How low are they dropping the lake??I know some of ya'll have inside info...if I ever g a day off,it will be a good time to take the dog for a walk along the edge. You can find a lot of lures and"stuff" in the exposed areas.
