Welcome from Lake St. Louis. Thats good to hear that they are going strong, I have a friend from work that was going to fish Saturday at the lake up at the 1 mile marker.
I'm new on here just thought I would let everyone know that the crappie are still biting good at lake of the Ozarks. Called in to work yesterday and took two friends with me we all had our limits in a couple hours. Used straight Pearl jig most of the day. We put in at Coffman beach access.

welcome from another loz guy were the fish deeper
The fish were deeper but still suspended above the brush. I would fish 20-25 ft of water but the fish would be in 10-15 foot range. Out of the 45 we brought home only had about 5 that went 13 inches. After this cold weather I bet they will be on winter beds by the end of the week. Hope this helps.
Fun report to read, thanks. Five fish over 13" seems darn good, nothing to sneeze at. Besides you spent time with two buddies on a super nice day and had a limit for the table, that's a winner all around.
nice report, congrats on the good day with good friends, may you have many more
