Default Skipped Smithville and fished Kansas today

We needed some different scenery so Alex and I headed to Kansas today. Meet Chatt at Banner creek today but fishing was not banner so we loaded up and headed to Perry. I’ve made moves before but usually it’s spots and not changing lakes. Fishin still tough and no bites on brush piles so Alex and I headed for the crowd by the bridge. We were wondering if we would get yelled at with the MO on the side of the boat while we were crowding in bit NO. The Kansas CDC members were GREAT! Caught a few good ones and would have had a lot more keepers if it was a 9 inch limit. All In all another great day with great people!!!!!

Alex let me know how you like that white bass

Thanks Chatt my hand still stinks – no more shakin hands while cleaning fish!!!

Had a great time today with Bill fishing two Kansas lakes. Thanks to Chat for letting us follow him around. It was a good experience to fish on another lake. Ended up at Perry lake and met a couple of CDC members. Great bunch of folks that were very open with how and where they were fishing. Big Nate also offered some larger tubes to help us fish. Nate, Bill and I did change up to large bait - thanks. Here are a couple of pics of our day. We're going to have to make it over to fish our neighbors lakes more often.
