Sounds like you had a good trip. Throw the big ones back for me to catch ;^)
52 keepers and probably threw back that many. Some of them were fatter than last trip. They were scattered and in 8-10 ft of water. Early in they day they liked pink and then switched to yellow. We also caught about 12 bass, one of them about 14 inches.

Keith, is there any water past the stumps at the north end of the lake? It looked like it might be shallow.

There is water up there and I have seen boats up that way, but I have always stopped at the stumps since it is hard to pick my way through them. It seems like it would be a good place in the spring as it will warm up faster than the rest or the lake.
