Default fish finder for front of boat.

does anyone have an opinion on a good economical fish finder to mount in the front of my boat. i need one with a trolling motor transducer. i found several on ebay, but i am not familar with the models, only the brands. i have had success with lowrance and hummingbird.

    any advice will be helpful

Doc why would you won’t a cheap ff on the front of the boat. To me a good ff is the most important tool you can you can have up front. There ways of buying a good ff with out spending a lot of money . I buy used units from fishing guides and these so call pro fishing man. I have bought three lowrance 135 for around $150 each which is a good unit for up front. There is some good deals out there just have to search around. good luck on finding one. john
