    Question 2 Pound test line

I am thinking about trying some 2# test line off the boat dock, but can't seem to find a supply.

Can anybody point me in the right direction.

Walmart should have it. If not try basspro or cabelas.

Vanish fluorocaron and p-line floroclear are really good 2lb lines. Unbelievable strength for such small diameter.

I tried 2# for a while but it broke to easy on the bonus fish I always get. When I want a small diameter I go with Power Pro braided.

2lb line is alright, if your ice-fishing..... other than that, its a pain in the butt. You'll have to re-tie after every couple fish or you'll lose a lot of your favorite jigs. The knots just dont seem to hold up for long. Even when fishing for brim. If i was going back to 2lb test, i'd try fireline this time.

Around here walmart only carries 4lb so I usually get it at a little specialty shop we have in the area it seems like the only place that carries it. Gander Mt sometimes has it, but I can never find it at basspro. I think i remember seeing it at cabelas.
