    Default Stockton Today

Fished stockton today from the cedar ridge ramp in big time wind. We found fish on beds from 20-30ft with 25-30ft being the best. Having a hard time getting on anything hot. Catch a few off each bed and thats about it. We ended up with a nice mess of fish from 11-13inches. Jigs and minnows worked equally well. I wish they would hurry up and get on there typical winter patern when they really gang up.

Thanks guys. Normally I wouldnt feel like we had done much by catching 13 keepers between two of us, but it was a tough day out there for sure. At least the keepers we caught were nice fish.

You guys are tough to fish in that wind. By the looks of the forecast it wont be long before there on the winter pattern.

Great job fighting the wind, its not always about the amount of fish but what you do with what mother nature lets you do.

congrats on a good day in that wind.
We do not want the gift of a fish; neither do we expect a lesson on fishing; what we direly need is a chance to fish
