Spray attractants

Heads up! We were having trouble with breaking line. We would set the hook, snap line would break. New spools of 10 lb gold stren hi vis. and 12 lb cajun red. We did a test. Sometimes we might spray some of the fish attractor stuff on our jigs. Did not seem to bother the line at the time.
The test was we took some line off of a new spool. We pulled and tested for breakage. We then took some of the same line put the attractant on it and then let it sit for a day, and came back and first pull, snap, snap , snap.
