    Default My daughter's first crappie!

Took my 5 year old daughter on her first fishing trip Thursday. I bought a mess of crickets to let her catch some bream. We fished a couple spots and caught a few bream. Stopped at one of my crappie holes and her cork went under and she pulls up this nice'un! I was so proud of her. I just had to share it with y'all!

She's a darling! Congrats to the little lady with her very first crappie and I wish her a boat load more. Congrats to Dad too.

Cool pic. Now that she has the catching thing going on she can learn the net thing. Maybe trolling motor after that. lol Have fun with that little girl, she'll be getting the keys to the car about this time next week. It goes too fast.

AT the age of five first fish, age six taking them off the hook, age seven driving the boat, age eight fileting the fish, age nine and up cooking the fish and you are set for life. lol If she love it stay with her and teach her almost everything
