Have you gotten your duck-hunting spot scoped out yet? Time's drawing near, and plenty of ducks are down!
We have LOTS of birds, but my rice-farmer buddy has way too much water in the field we'll be hunting, and it's full of dos gris!
Maybe there'll be some redheads and blackjacks in with 'em. A few pintails, beaucoup teal and spoonbills, and grays out the kazoo, but we've seen nothing with a green head yet, and no specs for a week or so.
Maybe I'm wanting too much too soon.
