    Default East Fork 11/10

Took the day off work and took my wife out fishing for the day.
We started the day with minnies and slip-float. We didn't find anywhere that was on fire but the action was consistent. We kept the boat moving never staying anywhere once the action slowed.
After a few hours, I got bored with the minnows and switched to jigs. Again action was consistent as long as the jig had chartruse on it.
I usually don't keep to many but today I kept 18 for the frying pan. Probably 1/2 & 1/2 whites and blacks. Nothing huge, maybe 13" was the biggest.

Hey max, I think I may have seen you today. Were you fishing in the mouth of the river???? I saw a feller and a lady fishing in there today. Looked to me like she was puttin a woopin on ya. just kiddin. I was actually out with my uncle in the ugly tan tri hull. was checkin out his new graph and such. Anyways, we caught lots of fish today. Kept a few for eatin but through most back. had 1 at 13"s. had a ball. I don't get to say this very often but I would say we prolly caught over 100 today. Wasnt keepin count but a guestimate..............

Yes, that was me in the white Tracker and she did put a woopin on me with those minnows. She won't bait the hook or take the fish off so when the fish are active I have my hands full.
Was that you it the boat with the hand steering?

Shouldn't have no trouble catching a big fish this time of year.
