    Default hope all is well with the Mo boys!


    OTD and I have been killing the black Crappie on the upper Mississip thanks to all the great info and tips we larned from the great guys in mo. We are looking forwad to return ing to mo for more lessons. Have been getting someName:  bonusfish.jpg

Size:  93.2 KB bonus fish (Northerns) spider rigging too. It won't be long before the River up nort drags its icey quilt over its waters and drilling holes is the last resort to seein them crappies before spring.

    Good to hear from you Randy. Looks like the crappie fishing is working up there. Those are some nice looking fish for sure. Them big black crappie are pretty when they get that big. Heck our fear down here while spider rigging is a drum, white bass or catfish. Holy cow that thing would make a mess of a 8 rod spread in a hurry. What a monster fish. Hope all is well with you guys and hope to see you guys soon.

    OTD And I have been spreading the good word "crappie fishing and good fellowship". We are tring to emulate all the good folks from the great state of Mo. I may bring my ice though( in my cooler for my evening cocktail) HA HA!

    Good to hear from you, Randy. I beat Bruce is excited about his Badgers. They look purdy darn good! Those are some nice blacks you got there. You can have that long toothy critter tho.

    Those are some beautiful black crappie, Randy.

    I got a question on your pike, tho....what kind of line are you using to spider rig? If you're rigged for crappie, how'd you ever boat that thing? How did it not cut your line?

    I've done it before, when you hook their lip and the line wraps over the top of their mouth, but....

    Incredible fish, there. What'd she measure?

    An how is your grass greener than down here?!?
