state fair candy cooking contest

well, last year i entered my toffee into the state fair pecan candy contest and i got 3rd place (and $20). this year i entered my candied pecans and i won 2nd place (and $50). next year maybe i will bring the crown. hehehe

had a great time at the fair. lil man thought it was a blast. will post some pics this afternoon.
