    Default Report 10/30/10

The Crappie are starting to bite on the TN River water temp 64 F this morning. We caught 11 keepers by 12:00 am was a good morning. Lost my favorite rod & reel jerked out of my gloved hand, jig hung we were drifting the next thing I knew my rod was sinking in 10 ft of water, but I put on an old lurer and weighted it draged the bottom about ten min and snaged it. Caught them on Bobby Garland baby shad.1/6 jig. Cub48

Congrats on the fish AND getting that rod and reel back. I did the same thing night fishing one night. Boy! Did I feel lucky!

Thanks I am going to try to upload a couple of pics. They look a little large i'll work on it the next time. This is a pic of the BB Comer Bridge they are building a new one beside the old bridge. The other is our catch 11 in all.

Nice job out there especially in recovering the lost rod.
