    Default Rod Holder Build

I have been working on these rod holders since back in the spring and they have finally come together. Crappie Buster and I worked on the design during some of our classes here in Clemson when we should have probably been paying attention to the professor. Sometimes you just have to get your priorities right!
I did all of the machining myself on the T-bars and the rod holders are Perottibilt brand. So far I have built 6 T-bars with 4 clamps apiece. The bases, tubing, and clamps are aluminum. The 3/8” rod and all fasteners are stainless. The bases and clamps are milled out of a solid piece of aluminum stock.
I don’t think the design is anything out of the ordinary but it feels good to build them yourself. What do you think?

He was looking for a Hawken gun, .50 caliber or better. He settled for a .30, but damn, it was a genuine Hawken, and you couldn't go no better. Bought him a good horse, and traps, and other truck that went with being a mountain man, and said good-bye to whatever life was down there below.

look good on the hallway table as well, should be a good hat rack as well on the table. Hope they work on the boat as good as they look. JK about the hat rack thing, but it does look like a hat rack sitting on the table. I like the base.
    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.
