camp ground gate?????

I heard rumor that they are gonna close of the camp ground entrance at EF on dec 15th....any one else hear this??? if the water gets much lower afton will be a crap shoot, and if they close camp ground off then its a drive around the lake....just wondering if any one else has heard this, I did notice they put up 2 new post at the entrance......

Yes james,they are closing it off due to them installing new water lines in the camp ground. Will be locked off all winter.

update....heard that it will be closed from nov 1st/2010 to april 1st/2011....not from anyone who works for the state or anything, but Im pretty sure thats the case....if some one finds out diff feel free to post it......

hows the public ramp at afton look as far as putting in, I know the lakes real low......is it to low to use????
