Heading to Smithville 10/19
I will be fishing Smithville tomorrow. I have read all the posts on here about Smithville, but any last minute advice would be appreciated. I am about as bad a crappie fisherman as there can be it seems.

Was out last week. Caught a few in the back of coves in the channels. Seemed to be chasing shad and not on cover, but on the channel break. Was windy and hard to stay on top of fish. If you can pick them up on your graph and stay on top of them you should do well. Also caught white bass with crappie.
