    I just got a brain wave. How about using traffic cones for structure like the one's they sell. punch holes it it and stick what ever you have in them and fill with concrete. What Say You???

    I thought use old garden hose for the inserts ????

    Those things probably cost state Big $$$, then cost of concrete hmnn, but very novel idea. Not havin free access to them I would think (for me) 3 cinder blocks @ 96 cents ea.,- bambo or PVC or free brush/tree limbs stuck in blocks then concrete or wire tied would be much cheaper. Yes cinder blks a two on bottom with one on top pattern. Just my 2 cents. What with no fish driver training I wonder if fish would know they are to swim around them, and not away from them:D:D

    you can buy them at sport authority walmart in the scoocer dept... I didn't mean steel them
