    Default Rod Glue

Ive got 8.... ..2 piece rods and have almost decided to glue them together. Does anybody know what glue would work best. Not sure if there are any kinds that will harm the rods themselves. They are BNM Pro Staff 12 footers. 100% graphite. Thanks Billy

I have used just regular super glue. Worked very well. If you don't mind me asking, why have you decided to glue them? I decided after I hung a hog and the end slid out and the line ended up breaking with out the tip flex, so I lost the fish and rod tip. mine were only 7 and 8 footers.
This only my opinion, but nothing you can say will change my mind. That makes it a FACT.

Personally I would use a hot melt glue so when the time comes that I need to break the rod down all you will have to do is heat it up and it should pull apart. I have never done this so I may be all wrong on the holding abilities of hot glue but it sounds like it would work.
