Question Could anyone verify a rumor?

Rumor has it that Grenada has the biggest crappie in the USA.
Rumor also has it that Missouri has the best crappie fishermen.
So is it true that those two together, is a match made in heaven?
    This ought to be interesting.......:D

There's great crappie fishermen all over. It's like anything though. The best ones are the ones that fish multiple lakes and can adapt to different conditions. Clear / Muddy Deep / Shallow Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter Troll / Jig / Float / Cast Channel Edges / Thick Cover / Grass......
I would have to say the best two Crappie Fishermen reside in Tiptonville TN.

I hope I live long enough to catch crappie like some of the old black men (and women) that I have met fishing in Mississippi.

Correctamundo. Capps and Coleman have more time on the water in their 40 yrs. than I will in another 30 added to my current 30yrs. They have fished all kinds of lakes in different conditions, different times of year. The have the most tournament wins and classic wins. They are good.

They won Patoka fishing out of a Canoe. I wouldn't even thing to bring a canoe in the fall. They did and they left all the Bass Boat guys back in the deeper water. Amazing fishermen.
