    Default Hook choice

Try using different hooks and see if it does. Sometimes it will and sometimes it won't. Use a wide variety of hooks, jigs, colors, etc. See how each hook, jig works for your self

Hook choice --- #6 Eagle Claw super lightwire cricket hook. We fish down in the brush with slipfloats. The thin wire combined with a sharp as needle point provides a penetrating hookset. Plus, when you get hung up in the brush, the hook pulls out easily without breaking off most of the time.

There are some hooks with glow colors. In stained water glow Orange works well. Made of Eagle Claw 214 EL hooks size 6-2

I agree with Darryl again- #6 eagle claw aberdeen hook red light wire. Red does make a difference around here. I started painting my jig hooks with Red finger nail polish and it makes a big difference.

I agree with Darryl Morris. I use light wire hooks. The color hasn't proven itself to me. I fish around a lot of trees and brush, so getting un hung as easy as I can is important.
This only my opinion, but nothing you can say will change my mind. That makes it a FACT.

Today is a Blessed Day and a Prosperous Day
