    Default bamboo What's the problem

well I put in lots of bamboo condo's in buckets still have to sink my stake bed that are in concrete setting up nicely. But I can see the tops of my condo's. will they spread out and lay over???? I don't have real deep water and I wanted to set them where I know fish are normally. It's only been a few days and nothing yet. there are acre's of shad minnows everywhere. but not catching fish ???

Just use the prop on your motor to cut the tops off on the condos you can see Rich... other folks will!:D

Too many shad can be as bad as no shad, it'll make the fish very picky and finicky! If it isn't the proper size, shape, and smell of a shad... they won't touch it!

Your condo's and stake beds will work, just give them a little time!

    Hi Rocket Rich,

Bamboo does work...Sometimes it takes time for the crappie to move in on the boo....But, if your looking for a bamboo condo that works better in shallow water?...Just use to concrete block..The ones with the two square holes....Just stake two of them on each other...But, make a t shape....Just tie those two together and stick bamboo in the wholes....It will make a big t shape....We use these in shallower water...Go to crappie.com and cover/structure section..Jerry Blake has a post on exactly how to make them..

    Hi Rocket Rich,

I do believe after a certain period of time the boo will lose its lift in the water..
