I suppose if they need to take a whizz up there, they just let fly and it evaporates before it could hit the ground. As for the other need...?

You get used to the heights, but it helps if you work from the ground up slowly.
I used to do elevator shaft cores (formed concrete) and have had more than one person tell me they couldn't get in the "hole" on the forms. It did used to get a little tingley sometimes when the bottom of the elevator shaft looked to be the size of a postage stamp.
I climb 30 ft. about 7 or 8 times a day in my job. I wil tell you i am not doing that . My hat is off to them.
My hearing is not too good. Was there any mention of how long that took?
