    Crazy guys here in KS.
    Just keep eyes on the reports..:rolleyes:
    As far as Good crappie places...That changes day by day..Clinton - Pamona - Melvern all can be good some times.:D
    Just make yourself up some KY. rigs -- grab some minnows -- look for the brush piles..and give it a go..

    If you are in south east Kansas, Big Hill and Elk City both have good populations of crappie. The Fall River hold some of the better crappie fishing in the state. There is TONS of good crappie water in Kansas.

    Welcome to CDC KS. Can't help ya much on that lake. Ole ksfish99 has told me the dam just might be the best place. Got to watch the winds out there! Might look at Council Grove lake as well. <*)}}}><

    Marion gets good on the dam this time of year. 12-14 ft of water. Fish will be scattered along the north end. Wooly beavertails have been good in the past along with regular tubes. Last year we also had Whites and Wipers along the dam with the Crappies.
    No lure color preferences.
