    Default LOZ Little Niangua 9-13

Went down to the dock last night for a couple hours and crappie were stacked underneath it. Problem is they were all 8 1/2 or 8 3/4 long... Did wind up with a limit of keepers but had to sort through bunchs of shorts. Fished with minnows and could not get it back in the water fast enough. Barely get it in the water and before you could feel the minnow they had picked it up and started carrying it off. They would have minnows in there mouth and bite the one on the hook.

    Sounds real good. Well done.
We do not want the gift of a fish; neither do we expect a lesson on fishing; what we direly need is a chance to fish

Didn't try any jigs. Had some slab busters in the bag but didn't need them. Probably hit it again tomorrow night. Might try jigs just to see what happens
