I'd go with a Southern Pro minnow tube in Chartruese, tipped with a minnow on a teezur 3/32 jig head.
What would it be? Maybe a better question is what is your confidence lure, what do you start with? Mine is a Kalins 2" green weenie with a 1/16 oz head.

A homade 1/8 oz. head, sparkle chenille body and a calf hair tail, all chartruese.
1/16 oz Roadrunner, Chartruese head, curly tail grub black body and green tail.
1/16 oz lead head jig with a big bit baits acid rain 2" grub!
