    Default Buffalo Crappie

Soak fillets in Texas Pete Buffalo Wing Sauce in the fridge for 2 hours.

Remove the fillets from the sauce and shake them up in a zip lock bag with House Autry Spicy Seafood Breader mix.

Pour sauce into another zip lock bag.

Fry the fillets in Peanut Oil until golden brown.

Remove fillets from the peanut oil and shake them up in the bag with the hot sauce.

    Serve with Busch Lite.....:D

You should try it, it is really good.

I normally make this as an appetizer.

Sounds great. I think I may try it this weekend, but, in the oven instead.

I wouldn't re-use the sauce that had the raw fish in it unless you boiled it first...Just my 2 cents.
