If you keep plenty of ice on them, they should hold.
Going camping a few days and was wondering if bagged fish fillets would keep on ice for three days.

Ice them down and then sprinkle them with ice cream salt, they'll keep for weeks like that. A trick of the trade from old tuna fishermen!
It's how I keep my catch fresh if I don't feel like cleaning them the same day, try it... you may be surprised!
"The man" is a good guy!!!... if you're breaking the laws it's you own fault for being ignorant and not reading the rules/regulations!!!
"The MAN should not scare you, you should be glad to see him and welcome him with a smile and kind word... unless you're an ignorant law breaker!!!
Yeah.lol.

Check local laws for limits and possessions. Some states will allow for more than one limit in possession as long as You are not on the water when checked and is pretty obvious that all the fish were not caught on the same day.CF

I think as long as you keep them with plenty of ice they will be fine. I do think that salt will lower them temp too, but I have never tried that.
Thanks for the advice on the salt GCD. Just a legal limit boys! That's all I need.

... if you're fishing in KY waters
Possession limit is 2 daily limits, after two or more days in the field ...... BUT, cleaned fish DO NOT COUNT against your possession limit (after the two days)
Quoted from the 2010 KY Fishing & Boating Guide:
Q. - How is the daily creel limit different than a possession limit ??
A. - The daily creel limit is the number of a particular sport fish species you may keep in one day's fishing. A possession limit is two times the daily creel limit for all fish species with a daily creel limit and excludes processed fish.
(processed fish = fish that are cleaned )
