Cherokee Rod
Just received my new rod that Leland Shanks of Cherokee Rod co. made for me. What a thing of beauty. Looks too pretty to fish with it but can't wait to try it out. Should do well at LOZ the weekend after Labor Day weekend. It has good backbone with a senstive tip. Just look for the guy in a Sea Ark boat with a s**t eatin grin on his face

I can't wait to use it although it is one beautiful piece of work. I was also impressed by the way Leland and Sissy shipped the rod. Plenty of noodle foam and shipped in a three inch pvc pipe.
