Default Lots of White Bass from Blue Spring Lake

Caught this mess few hours ago Blue Spring Lake, went out early with a friend. Caught about 130 between the 2 of us. Normally we don't keep this many but I'm having a fish fry this weekend and don't wanna run out of fillets. :D
Surprisingly Whitebass fillet is very similar to crappie in term of eating.

That sure is a basket full for sure. That would be fun catching that many. Cleaning all of them would be a pain though.

Default sorry but I would have to

have a different stance on white bass tasting a lot like crappie, no way, now you may like white bass and I can eat them but I can tell the difference in a heart beat.........

My god i'd hate to clean all of those,as far as eating em goes i'd rather eat white bass/hybrids if they are cleaned right and all the red meat is gone they have more flavor to me.
