    Default I waved........... but......

    no one waved back Saturday!

Although I was 35,000 feet in the air when I actually waved at ya'll. I was on my way to Germany and flew directly over Stockton and Truman on 8/28. Looks as though the tournament was a success with some good weights.... just thought it was pretty cool that that was the route we took.

Report from Twain this weekend was that there are still fish to be caught. Dad and brother put the smacks to em.....

    Enjoy the States!

Sounds like a cool route. I flew a lot with my last job but never did fly over Truman. Would be cool. I here some pro bass guys get helicopter rides over new lakes and rivers before they start prefishing. Can see depth changes from the water color. Saves a lot of time trying different water I guess.

Default A friend of mine from where I used to work

flew over one day from Kansas and landed here at windsor's little airport, and took me all over each arm, man you can sure see the mud lines from up a 1000 feet, all was good that day, landed back at windsor and had to hop some hedge trees to hit the runway, then after he landed he showed me what he had to do that morning to the plane to get to windsor, he had a pair of vise grips holding the cable running back to the rudder, ain't been back up since and decided after kissing the runway, water level was close enough for me..........

That is a pretty cool route to take. Hope you have a good time in Germany. OSS I believe I would have choked him to death once I regained my legs and my strength.

I'm trying to accomplish the same feat Bugs....... I just don't think it's possible!

I made it a point last night to try all the different beers they had on tap at a local pub...... good idea till the last few. I think there were 14 and I tried a couple twice just to make sure.
