Milford Wipers

Wipers are starting to surface in the evenings at Milford. Still not as consistant as it will be in another few weeks. We had 12 wed eve with 4 that we kept. Fish are running 3 to 5 lbs with occasional bigger one being caught. Hard to give a location since the area we fished Wed had no action on thurs eve.
Big top water baits and big bucktails worked best.
Anglers I talked to that have been catching fish are hitting the blue tower area, state park point and south farnum flats. Dam also has been good at times.
Water temp in the lower 80's...gets better when it hits around 70-75.
