I was at sherrys yesterday and I will stop there when I go back, the fella that was in there is very nice guy, and there is no counting minnows in there, he justs dumps them in, you get well more than your moneys worth and then some. I will defenetly be stopping there again. As for the lake it was nice no jet skiers and few pleasure boaters. Water temp in the morning was 82 and in the afternoon it was 84. I did not find them in open water, but I did find them in the wood. One keeper and the rest were all small, lost count on the little fellas I caught.
Crappiemax,
How do you get there from I-275 to SR52 to ???? to EFL??? You said it is faster.
Going down 275 to SR125 with all of the lights and traffic can be hectic at times. Sounds like you might have a better way to go.
Thanks,
Bassky

Try this..
Rt 52east to 10 mile (that's the road name) I think it's rt 749.
turn left on 10 mile.
follow 10 mile (I'm not good with distances) 4 or 5 miles. You will hit a traffic light at St. rt. 132, go straight. (unless you want bait)
Maybe a 1/4 mile down the road, the road will "Y", bear left. I think it's called Barry road.
Follow this road untill it ends. (@ st Rt 222) it's the second stop sign.
Turn left and follow to traffic light (this is the light at the Bantam road entrance @ St Rt 125) go straight. You are there!
If you try this (and don't get lost) you'll never drive through that mess on SR 125 again.
If you want bait, turn left on SR 132 follow to SR 125 and turn right. Follow to SR 222 North, turn left. Follow to Slade Road and turn right. Sherry's is on your right. You can follow this road to dam ramp or I just go back to st rt 125 and go to Bantam Ramp.
Good luck if you try this
Crappiemax,
Thanks for the directions, I will try them out next time out for EFL.
