Default Need Some Ideals Guys(Double Seats)

Here's 2 pictures of the front of my boat. I wanting to put double seats in the front so I can Spider Rig out of it. Double seat pedastals in the floor I believe are out of the question, due to the storage boxes and the distance they need to be apart and under no circumstances do I want to use a Wally Marshall umbrella seat mount (no offense -just to big) If anyone has had the same problem I would love to see some pictures of what you've done or any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I had the Wally double down, it was good and stable but like you've mentioned, way to big and bulky. It was a pain moving it up and down as I motored from spot to spot. I sold it and was fortunate enough to buy the add-a-seat while they were still being made. It's a shame they are no longer manufacturing them.

If I didn't have mine, I would probably check around to see if someone could fabricate something similar to the add-a-seat. Cost would probably be the issue.

I keep hoping to get on here one day and see that someone else has begun making them again. Until then, I hope you find another good solution.

Give CallShy a pm and see what he can do for you He made my double seat for my bass boat and my compartments will open and the seat is not bulky it mounts to your seat pedestal.

I really prefer not to sell the double seat holders. This is due to lawsuit potential. There are people out there that will try and take advantage of every situation so I am just choosing to do this to help protect the business I have built over the past few years. I do not think there are people like that on this site but I do not know everyone. I hope everyone understands my situation and respects my decision.

For now, use two 5 gallon or 7 gallon buckets with padded lids. Dip them about 1/3 full of water and they will set where ever you want them. When you are done, dump and stack together.

This is actually a pretty comfortable seat. Small and compact when folded. the doesn't cut into your legs as bad as some regular folding seats. I use this one for dove hunting or kids ball game.
