Update on health issues.

The last few weeks have been a whirlwind of clinics, doctors, and test.
I have been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer which has branched out into my kidneys, adrenal glands, lymph nodes and spine. Bummer! Small cell
lung cancer is the most aggressive, fastest growing cancer there is.
I have been given appx three months to live.

Having said that, I want to thank everyone for their prayers and concerns.
I've had a great ride on this website, learned a lot and meet some really great friends. I won't be getting in any more swaps, but will try to monitor the site as long as I can.

There is no one here to carry on so will probably box up all my supplies and tools and sell them here or on JigCraft.com. I have never met a more concerned, sharing bunch of individuals anywhere and I appreciate it!

Don't believe them!!They told me that I would die before I was 30 because of diabetes.It was bad,yes.But I have had a kidney transplant from my brother,a pancreas transplant from a cadaver,which did'nt take.I have had both of my legs amputated fron below the knee and wear prothesis.I still go out fishing whenever I can,well whenever somebody else can come.Just to give me a hand loading and unloading my boat.I have not been sick in any way for at least 5 years.I just went to the Dr. on Wednesday after 2 years and all my bloodwork was perfect.I am now 48.Don't give up !!!!! You have to trust in The Man.

Keep on fighting John. The Good Lord is the only one who knows how much time we've got and prayers can and do work miracles. Also, I need some more of your great looking jigs in the upcoming swaps, so hang in there.
