    20 something year old vs a 63 year old... Sorry should take the 20 something year old out to the middle of the lake somewhere and say "get out".. if he makes it back then great.

    hmmm are the handgun laws the same on the water as they are in a car in NC?

    This, and other incidents like it, is the reason I carry anytime I am on the water, especially when my wife is with me. Sometimes I open carry and at other times I carry a concealed weapon (I have a CCW permit), but at all times on the water I carry.
