Tourny on Harris Chain
Most of the anglers fishing this "Bass Pro Crappie Masters" tourny were not real happy with their catches the first day. Very few teams weighed in their 7 fish for more than 8lb's. Couple I talked with had only caught 8-10 fish all day long. Not good. Last week, we were throwing back 10 and 11 inchers and keeping 13 to 13.5. Most fish measured for the creel report were 11 and 12 (the bigger ones). Wind played a big part, kinda strong....and tomorrow is going to blow even harder and from a different direction. Will try to give a good report tomorrow.
A gun in hand is a lot better than a cop on the phone.
