    Default Decent day on LOZ

Staying at a place around the 38mm. Took a couple of limits today, part in the morning (before tubing and swimming time) and the rest from about 6:30-7:40pm.

Virtually all of them were caught with minnows from 18'-25' from shore over a rocky dropoff with two brushpiles along the edge... transition was from 15' depth down to 25' over about a 5' width. Within sight of Hurricane Deck bridge.

Fish were hanging about 12'-15' deep in the brush.
Quite a few snags and hangups, but when we moved away from the brush at all the bites stopped.
Teach your kids to hunt and fish and you won't have to hunt for your kids !!

It's good to hear you still got to enjoy catching some fish after the way your weekend started out.:o Congrats on the catch and thanks for giving the detailed report. It should help some of the other guys out.

Hey Hey! Great job. Sounds like a heckuva great day to me. Well done.

Great work. Hoping to get down to LOZ and tangled in the brush a bit too in a couple of weeks. Glad to hear the good report.
