The HiTeks are the best in my book. I spider rig, pull cranks, and push cranks with mine.

They are great holders. I have had 4 different brands of holders in the last 4 years. But these will be the last set. Best I have seen and used. I slow troll "spider rig" and push cranks with mine and they work great. Easy to adjust and remove when needed.

Scott also makes a different model for trolling for bigger fish with higher sides on the V, or front, or cradle , or whatever you want to call it. I'm on board with jigger15 in that I've had several brands and will look no more. I will wind up with 4 sets of 4.

Just wandering if you guys know if this Hitek business is full time for Scott or just a sideline ? I hate to call a man when he is in the middle of doing something other than dealing with hitek stuff ? Got a ? for you guys, I notice on the hitek site it only offers 18in riser bar for the 3 and 4 rod holder set up but offers 9in for the 2 rod holder, has anyone ever gotten the 9in instead of the 18in ?

    thanks
