Sounds like a productive day Mark. Sue was a long way to run. Is your motor fixed yet? Have I seen any of those trees you fished today
Put in at Sparrowfoot around 7 am, hit a few trees but nobody home, found my way to G-14, caught about 25 to 30 with 10 keepers between there and the bridge, nothing too big or exciting, biggest one 12.5. All caught on minnows, 12 ft deep in 17 to 20 FOW and they all went back. Spent most the day marking trees along the way.

Great job. Sounds like a real good day.
We do not want the gift of a fish; neither do we expect a lesson on fishing; what we direly need is a chance to fish
Good day to stay on the move......good job on the stringer!
Crappie.......its whats for dinner!!
nice roport. when you were marking trees were they the ones to avoid when the water is high or the ones to fish, last time I went accross 13 bridge it looked pretty scarry up there, bad trees everywhere,
We're starting to see stumps we haven't seen in a while
Good idea to mark the stumps you want to fish and can't find when the water level is higher - we have done that on a few on G14 and there are a few at Tablerock I'd like to mark if the water lever ever drops enough, but then again the crappie fishing hasn't been very good on that lake so haven't been too worried about it.
I caught most of those fishing trees just under the water, the kind that are hard to see until you are right on them...learned that from a guy I recently fished with ..so I started marking similar trees on my way back. Actually I wouldnt mind seeing it drop a bit more...I got 100's more waypoints to go...
nice job, glad someone is catching something..
