See my post TM repair on second page of crappie fishing forum. The date was 7-21. Jerry's trolling motor repair was the name of the place I was looking for. They are located just off of 31st and southwest blvd.

Go with a 24volt is you can. Have two basically identical boats...one with a 12 v 55 lb thrus and another with 24v 74 lb thrust. Lot more difference that just 19 lbs of thrust. Also go with a variable switch...more money but worth it. How big...as big as you can afford! You can always turn em down.

The switch only costs $10 or $12 and can be replaced in about 5 minutes...a monkey could do it.
