    Default twain 8-5

my left hand is so sore and cut up from unhooking all the dinks, I had to whine about it to somebody. lucky you!! the fishin i still hot at twain, but the biggins were hard to find for me. did have one 13, and a few 12's, some 10,s and bout a zillion dinks. I even caught one on a bare hook with just a crappie nibble. had to keep a limit of dinks cause they were swallowing today. lucky me. (and get your mind out of the gutter) also caught a catfish, several drum, green carp, lots o baby white bass. I think my hand is infected, I better go put some alcohol IN it. good times.

I forgot to mention that the bigger fish were in the treetops still. use a slip float set to 4-6ft deep, a pank or red jighead tipped with a minner and a nibble. stay back from the cover and just circle it with your troller, casting as close to the cover as you can. only found big fish on a few trees of all we fished, so run and gun and dont waste time. when we did find nice fish, just pick a few off, then go look elsewhere. return in half hour or so for a few more. fish the western side of the lake and stay near a sharp drop, bluff or the channel. also found a few fish on secondary points and the 107 bridge piers.
