Monzingo 7/24 & 7/25

7/24 Caught 12 decent keepers Saturday night after dark. Fishing was tough (not the catching, just dealing with tangled lines, my friends 5 year old and trees) , but managed a few from 8-10pm.

7/25 Caught (I think) 10 keepers, 2 little bass, 1 tagged walleye.

Walleye caught on east cove from dam. Don't know the depth of the water because we broke off the hummingbird transducer East cove bite was (guessing) in about 10-14 fow and up north in about 20 fow. Most fish came on minnows, walleye on a rapala.

Nice catch , Scott . I have been wanting to get up that way and fish the lake sometime .I've never been there . I might try it in the fall when the weather cools a little.
