St. Louis Cardinal thinking of a Sun 1/29 am trip to Northern MS for crappie. Keep in mind 4 hr drive for 4 hr fish. I know Mo powerplant lakes may be a better option. Thur/Fri reports greatly appreciated. Guide offers ok if super confident. [email protected]

Rain expected for Friday Saturday and Sunday. The river is on a fast rise dont think fishing in the northern part of the state will be any good until the river slows up and the rain stops

Tunica, thanks much for the info & the saved drive time.

Bugman, I may head to loz Sunday weather permitting. I'm a Niangua arm guy...haven't had much success outside of spring time - often only get down when 100,000 of our closest friends are also on the lake
