    Default Pushing Crankbaits

Does it matter how deep the bait will dive when pushing since you are using a weight to get your depth? Also has anyone ushed crankbaits with the Capps and Coleman trolling rods?

The CC trolling rods are probably not going to be firm enough. You can give them a try. I could be wrong. If you want a cheap fix then go with a telescopic fiberglass pole with a fixed reel seat.

I think the smaller lipped shallower cranks would be best if you're using weight, they wouldn't create as much drag and would keep your baits further away from the front of the boat.
